How long we keep information
Electronic patient records are retained in keeping with GMC and NHS England guidance: “Records Management Code of Practice 2021” (the Code).

Adult records are retained 8 years after the patient was discharged or last seen.

Children’s records are retained until 25th birthday or 26 if the young person was 17 when treatment ended.

We have a joint controller relationship with The Beaconsfield Clinic . We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: For the purposes of booking and providing medical consultations, investigations and treatment.
We also have a joint controller relationship with Nuffield Health, The Manor Hospital Oxford. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: For the purposes of booking and providing medical consultations, investigations and medical and surgical treatment..
